depends on what kind of player yous need!
if you need a good header i would keep crouch, if you need an all round good tm, than i would say yes

Although i think investing in youth could be more valuable, especially with that amount. Bojan or Vela could come for about that, dependent on what season your in?

Also i take it your Liverpool, and thus your partnering Berbatov with Torres? If so, seems like a pretty decent partnership to me.
