Right, everytime i play FM i always choose to play Derby, and i have his time too, but now, i want a different challenge, something that is going to take a little bit of work...

Ive decided to manage Luton Town...My ambition with this club is to create squad with plenty of depth, get them back in the prem after a few seasons...

Now im new to managing a smaller team and dont know much about the transfer market and finances in this tier of football, can anyone give me any tips on anything like this, or any tips for decent players i can sign...
