hey guys i wanna start a game as the maggies but dont wanna wait to the patch. Have you guys had any problem at all with the chairman selling players etc? did you find it still good to play with version 7.0.1?

it's up to you to decide. personally i would patched up the game as it has fixed some bugs.

but still, there a few more minor bugs.

without the patch fat fred sold owen at the end of the first season, then martins at the end of the 2nd for me, i was ****ed off but now i look at it as a good thing

I'm currently struggling to get rid of Luque, nobody seems to want him. Anyone had any luck getting anywhere near his asking price. Inter want him but it's either loan or £3.5m spread over 24 months. Might have to take that.

Hi guys!

I'm back after almost a month of absent from the forum.

So what new? Well, I started a new FM game in beginning of february, making my own update with recent transfers in the EPL.(playing England (League two and up, Spain - 2 Divisions, Italy - 2 Divisions), and I got to say :

It is the BEST FM game in my entire career.

Finished 2nd in the first season (2 points behind Man Utd), Won the League Cup. Lost in the later stages both in FA and UEFA.

Then the miracle happened, duing the summer. A Sugar Daddy Tycoon named Luis Mina, bought Newcastle (takeover), clearing the entire debt, upgrading my training facilities to 20 (in Both) and gave me about £30 million pounds to spend, and another £100 million in balance.

For those of you interested, I've saved a file just after the 1 season ended, and if any of you want to experience this insane takeover, I'm willing to upload that file if someone have aan FTP server.

For the record, I finished with 24W 10D and 4L in the league. If you need any help, I'll be happy to assist you.
