when looking on the ast managers team talk feedback and saw my team has forged a good understanding i was just wondering what differance the team chamistry can make? and how do i get it to increase more rapidly?

team chemistry is how your current players work together. Have a natural understanding like United's attackers (rooney,tevez,ronaldo,nani)and they're unstoppable. However, rotate em like Benitez(Torres, Voronin,Kuyt,Crouch,blah blah)
and they lose their momentum and collapse(1-2 Besiktas)however if u hit the right note, good for you(8-0 Besiktas)

apparently my team are willing to die for each other at the minute. i want them to be willing to die for me as i'll kill them if i don't win the league this year!
