ok so iv done a bit of editing and have about 16 guys around the age of 16,17 with potential
y reserves has loads of 18,19 year old -bendtner,banega,saivet so on how do you bring them up right?
do you keep them till 18 thenloan for a year or keep till 20 am just not getting the goods from some
example i got breno and dos santos both 17 in my game sent both to leeds for two years now they back an no better than when they left is this because i gave them no chance to grow in my good training facilities with good staff?
thanx in advance
Give them smaller games in the Premiership and also let them play in the Carling Cup and maybe the easier matches in the FA Cup. Dos Santos and Breno grow into first teamers very quickly. Hell, Dos Santos SHOULD be a frist teamer. He is at Barca (in the game), so he can definitely come into your first team. Sending them to a lower division is not the best of ideas. If you have to send them on loan, send them to a top flight club and one which offers them first team football. No point of them being backup there. Spain, Italy and England are the 3 best places where you should send them for loan. But make sure its a club in the top flight and they're offering him first team football. Also, make sure you take the option of recalling the player because if they dont give him games, you can also use that option.
Getting them games is the most important factor if you want them to develop. Training and coaching obviously helps a lot too. Also, make sure you have a suitable player tutor them. That takes a lot of their stats up by 1 as soon as the tutoring is over.
i usually have them on intensive training playing the occasional first team game for the first six months of the season, then send them out on loan. is best if you have a good feeder club because it works better when they all go to one team.
it depends on your squad, but there is allot to be said for sending them out on loan to get 20 or so competitive matches.
First team experience is most important. Sending them on loan where they can play regularly will be best. Players with high calibre like Dos Santos can be offered to play in a top division club. Just simply offer to clubs for loan.
I see no point why you'll limit yourself within the top 3 leagues, German French Scot or even Turkish leagues are awesome as long as they get to play first team. Even better if those clubs have good or best training facilities.
You don't always have top name youngster like dos santos, but you'll get offers.
Playing > training
Play game every 3-7 days is better than running with balls every day.
