Yep saw it too. A little bit of a surprise when the rumor first started as Real Madrid had looked favourites to get him.
Except AC Milan to annouce Ever Banega's capture soon too. I dont know about Breno, but Banega is going to become a heck of a player. I'm glad though. Another midfielder means one spot less in the midfield (even if it a youngster) and that means Gourcuff will become more agitated. Will hopefully hasten his departure from Milan to Arsenal. Woohoo!!
Weird thing is i was ON BRENO'S PROFILE! on FM about to put out another scout on him then i glanced at the TV and saw it at the bottom! i was like YOU HAVE TO BE KIDDING ME!?!

you think thats weird... I was playing FM 2007 and was in negotiations with QPR over Ray Jones, when I heard on the news he was dead.

Arsenal has loads of midfielders as well - Diarra and Diaby and Denilson still fighting for a place and Gilbeto? Flamini and Fabregas?

Gilberto wont be around much longer. He's probably off in Jan or latest by next season. And Gourcuff will play on the wing for us for sure. And heaven knows we need a winger! I, for one, am fed-up of seeing Eboue run down the wings. And even worse is when Diaby has to play on the other one.
