How do you get one player to tutor another? it would help if i could get someone to tutor cavani

Click on Cavani and there should be an option on the left bottom saying "interaction". Click on it. The next screen you come to, you'll have an option where you can recommend that he gets tutored. You can choose the player you want should tutor him. Its only available till a limited age though. I think 20-21 is the cut-off. Not 100% sure about that though.
