Ok, the question is really simple, how do I develop the youngsters I get into world class players that i can use in my first team? I never seem to get it right. When exactly should i propel them to first team and reserves games? What would be the best training schedule? Basically, how do i get them to develop in the best possible way? :s, pls help.

have you assigned your coaches specifically?

Loan them out and let older and more experienced players tutor them, especially if the players are like one another.

i'm Cska Moscow, i've been asking my board to upgrade the youth facilities, thing is i cnt hire good coaches coz its in da russian league, so i don't wanna bother just hiring a bunch of useless ones. how do i know that the players are alike?
