Nengomashe, great tackling, teamwork, workrate, stamina and strenght....absolute trojan and costs about £110k at the start of the game and his stats improve ridiculously over 3-4 years (for example even his creativity got upto 15)...ended up being worth £5.5mil after a couple of seasons for me until Lazio bought him. Highly recommended.

I can't remember his name... But he plays for Colo Colo at the start of the game. He should be the only DM they have. Very cheap, very good

I dont know about an Italian but try a Frenchman. Try Flamini from Arsenal. He's available very cheap and is a good DM. Very hard working and aware.
