Frank just gave me Bahia in Brazilian League C, so I load all South American teams, select Bahia and start to play when I find that Bahia are predicted by the media to become 1st as well as it being the board and fan expectation, I find a set of decent players and a first team squad of over 30 players all not too young, not too old, 2 assistant managers, 16 coaches, 3 scouts, 4 physios all with a national reputation. Also, I think my reputation should be unproven but it is national, however that certain point has nothing to do with Frank. Do you think I should ask Frank again?

Whatever Frank's reasons are for sending you somewhere, you can be sure that there are reasons. If you choose to ignore his first advice, then that's your choice.

NB. Frank picks entirely at random, and there are no teams that he refuses to pick

It's not like it's entirely easy, the supporters want my head for being too young and inexperienced. but why do I have a national reputation though?

Sometimes the clubs which are supposedly "bigger" can cause more problems than those which are small and have a limited roster. Expectations are higher, squads are bigger, top players tend to be more attractive to clubs with more money, etc.

Just because it's a club with higher reputation doesn't mean it's going to be a free ride.

Oh great Frank I'm sorry for ever doubting you, please lift this curse you placed upon me. Three important players have been injured from 3 to 5 months just before the state championships and I have no money to buy a scout and 2 coaches that I need.
