I think LFCfan started a game of FM07 with all playable leagues loaded, but flagged it before the end of the first season, because it was too slow.

From that, I think we can surmise the following: the system requirements for a comfortably running full-up FM07 are the best pc currently available plus 4 years.

I've got a dual 2.4GHz core with a gig of RAM... that sound OK for 20-30 leagues fellas???? I've just started but may start again... just getting to grips with the game as I only just bought it.
Any idea if RAM is key? I would think it might be. Has anyone experienced a good boost to performance purely by adding RAM?

You have a slower processor but more RAM than me, so you should be able to run a similar amount that I do.
It's also down to personal preference. Some people prefer a slower game to enable a larger and possibly more realistic world, where as others prefer a smaller world so their game can whizz by.
