Default What to do with injuries?

Hey guys. I took on managing Histon in Conference south and made it up to the national conference my first season. Only a month worth of matches so far and 9 out of my starting 11 are injured!!!! How am I supposed to survive the conference with players that weren't good enough to play for my conference south team. Is there a reason why I have soooo many injuries (and new ones keep coming every week), and what can I do to minimize this?

Any help would be great.
Thanks

Here's some things you could try:

1) Read the forum header
2) If you're truly wanting to play a lower league game in the style commonly called LLM on these fora, stop posting in the GPG, T&T and Editor forums
3) Put up with the injuries
4) Accept that you'll get no tips in this particular forum, but that you may get sympathy
5) Have a ni... nah sod it, have whatever sort of day you want to have.

What the other poofs have said, oh and have a look at how they get injured and ask them to stop doing such reckless things.

The header is there for a reason, so if you don't read it, I wouldn't be too surprised if people point you to it.

And really, getting ****y when you're in the wrong - particularly when you're new - is no way to make 'mates'.

My advice would be to read the header. Once you've done that, I'd read it again, then the stickied topics and if you're still here after that, welcome to LLM.

Kosti, maybe you are new, so I'll give you a hint.

Coming to a place without having a clue is never a good idea. Have you ever tried going to a public discussion and - without listening at first - jumped on the platform and delivered a speech?

I bet, you'd find that crazy to do, right?

Three people have advised you to read the forum header. Did you read it now? If not, then you are resistant to "help" anyway.

Also, the fact that it's just a game is known here but that's not the point. We here agreed to a certain way of behaviour towards members, and one of them is respect for those who deserve it.

Ignorance might be bliss but in here, you won't get far by being ignorant.

Another hint: calling people "sobby asses" would usually convert your face into some mush. Just because this is an internet forum where nobody can hit you, this doesn't mean that throwing around insults will be looked upon as a friendly gesture and aid your request for help.

As to your original question: what does common sense tell you? 9 people get out injured. Did you check why? Did they get injured during training? During a game? Just ask yourself a couple of questions, and you'll find the answer.

And by the way, if you like using editors, this place is the wrong one for you anyway, Kosti.

Yes I have read the forum header before posting and didn't see anything wrong with asking about injuries (is it a bug in the game, is there a reason) and I asked in this forum because it's a lower league forum, thinking many of you are in the same position so then you'd inform me of what was wrong and if you've had the same issues.

And as for the remarks, there's no reason to be rude to anyone, I asked a simple question, I don't need 3 people telling me the same thing and not being smart about it...that's all.
