Appologies if the thread subject is wrong, which would mean I'm asking for a tip, in which case feel free to flame!
I have a question.
In the GK attributes, does a high (20) eccentricity rating mean the GK is very eccentric, or not very eccentric (i.e. has very good control over his eccentricity)?
I read it as the GK is very eccentric, which in my mind is bad. However, when you view the radar graph, the GK appears to be very good with an eccentricity of 20 (the further out the radar points are the better the player).
Does 20 eccentricity mean very eccentric, or very ... errr.. not eccentric?

I don't think this is classed as tipping... Post #2

I always thought high eccentricity meant that that a GK was prone to both calamity and almost god like performances?
Such as playing out of his skin and being able to save the un-savable in one game, and then gifting goals to the opposition in another?
I think it depends on the circumstances as to whether he plays like a hero or a moron though.
Specifically, IIRC, a GK with high eccentricity is more likely to play like a hero for his clubs big games than he is for comparatively run of the mill league games. Although, that still doesn't rule out the possibility of him playing very poorly in those games either.
Therefore, as with all players with all things, there is no foolproof formula. Its up to you as the manager to use your players qualities to good effect
