Oh, ffs. I'm sick of threads like this. It's a bloody carbon copy of so many others:

Poster makes minor error
Regular jumps in with firelighters
Poster is offended and retaliates
Everyone else weighs in on both sides
Some plurk from TTGPG attempts to get some digs in while everyone is busy bitching

Why can't we do:

Poster makes minor error
Regular points out error politely
Poster says, "Oh, right, my bad. Will attempt to avoid it"
Ian has apoplectic fit about poster using "my bad"

And, of course, that still leaves room for:

Poster makes minor error
Regular points out error politely
Poster is really here for a wind up and has a go
Barbeque

I really hate the ignorance required to use "my bad"

About capitalization, found this quote online just a minute ago:

Quote:
Capitalization is the difference between "I had to help my uncle Jack off a horse.." and "I had to help my uncle jack off a horse.."

Which is how this started, when I asked if magoo's shift key was broken. His next posted reeked of sarcasm and arrogance. Sarcasm we can handle, mixed with arrogance I can't.

My next post was just asking if your comma key was broken. Absolutely no different to your opening post in terms of sarcasm or arrogance.
Not that you'll read this as you have me on ignore (boo hoo), but I just thought i'd point it out anyway.
