Oh, if Redbridge FC or AFC Wimbledon gets promoted to the Conference North/South I'm applying if their jobs are vacant.

Rep Power: 3 | Season 2008/9, First Divsion
Board & supporters demanded the title after last seasons relegation. Since most of the squad was staying (sold 2 AMR's and dropped a lot of deadwood and shitty youths), bringing in 2 new faces should do the trick of getting promoted again.
We started rather good, staying between 1st and 4th place from teh start untill mid movember when we won twice in 14 matches, both wins in the cup. In february we recorded our first leaguewin and we ended up as 6th Period winners, qualifying for play-offs. After the 3rd play-off match I got a newsmessage stating the club had to sack me because of poor relationships with the players The basterds promoted without me
We had an easy cuprun, reached the final only by beating amateurs and 1st divionsclubs. Lost the final after a 3rd minute red card for my best defender ffs
League: 6th, W15 D12 L11 F52 A47 pts 57
Cup: lost final  to PSV Eindhoven 1-6
Being unemployed is teh sucks so after the seasonupdate I checked for some newly promoted Conference North/South clubs, only finding Harrogate Town without a manager, applied for the job and on july 9th, 2009 I was appointed manager of 'Arrogate Town...

After a quick screening through the sqaud it was clear we needed reinforcements so I kicked both scouts to their jobs and started to rebuild the team. Bringing in 16 players during the season, where 11 players left the club. I spended 45k on incoming players while we made 9k in selling the reserves. Found myself lucky to have 600k on the bank.
Leaguewise we bounced around some between 10th and 20th place, finding ourself inside the top 10 at the end of the season. Objective was staying clear of relegation, we did.
League: 9th, P42, W16 D13 L13 F69 A54 61pts
FA Cup: 1st round proper, Harrogate 2 - 4 Marine (Conf)
FA Trophy: 3rd QR, Harrogate 0 - 1 Evesham (non league)

Rep Power: 3 | Season 2010/11, Conference North
Board expected us to do the same as last season, safe midtable finish.
Started the season whit the 6.0.1 patch, we stayed in the top 6 most of the time, immediatly after the 6.0.2 patch was installed we went on a long unbeaten run wich saw us having a 10 point gap to the 2nd placed team. Sadly the good form drifted away and we dropped 2 places in the league. Worcester and Altrincham were the other 2 titlechallengers. Altrincham won it on the final day due to a bore draw I made against an already relegated Stafford. Worcester fninished 3th.
In the play-offs we walked over Yeading (2-0, 3-1) and in the final we faced our bogeyteam Worcester again. We beat them for the first time, 2-0 and we got promoted \o/
Cupwise it was almost the same as last season, FA Cup 1st round exit to Sunderland (away  ) Yep, Sunderland away, they won this season League Two after relegating from L1 after 3 seasons.
League: 2nd, P42, W23 D15 L4, F80 A35, 84pts (promoted after play-offs)
FA Cup: 1st round, Sunderland (L2) 3-0 Harrogate
FA Trophy: 1st round, Bromsgrove 1-0 Harrogate.

Stay clear of relegation, the obvious board expectations.
We did, cost a few pearls of sweat, but we managed to stay above the relagationzone all season. Stayed between 16th and 20th place all season. Clinched the 16th place on the final day.
Brought in 12 players for 48k, released 13 for a massive 13k. Best buy was a former England international as player/ass.mananger, signed for just 4400 a month, 25% of the total monthly bill. He was my topscorer and delivered the most assists. Going to miss him I think since he's going to retire.
Cupwise.. well. 3rd FA Cup round. Needed the income because the avarage attandences dropped from 980 to 470
League: 16th. W14 D11 L21, F58 A65 53pts
FA Cup: 3rd round, Brighton (Champ) 2-0 Harrogate
FA Trophy: 2nd round, Harrogate 0-1 Forest Green (Conf)

Copy of last season. Small changes in figures. This time I brought in 9 for a massive 220k and got rid of 12 for a total of 258k.
Managed to get a 7th place after the first quarter of games, offcourse we couldn't hold that high flying positioning and we dropped back to 18th place. Wins in the final 2 games against the 17th and 16th placed teams saw us passing both so we ended again in 16th place, same as last season.
Cupwise almost exact copy, again 3th round FA Cup, again away to Brighton and lost again, this time 4-2 after we went 0-2 up while dominating the game, before a striker was sent off and with 10 men it's impossible to win in FM06.
Board is very happy with me and decided to offer me a new 2 year contract for 9 times my old wages
League: 16th. W16 D8 L22 F60 A57 56pts
FA Cup: 3th round, Brighton (EPL) 4-2 Harrogate (only 9000 att.)
FA Trophy: 2nd round, Harrogate 0-1 Accrington (Conf)
Average attendances dropped again, it was 430 over the season.

Finally some progress. To ensure this I brought in 15 players for a massive 275k and only sold off 5 for 44k.
Board expected safe midtable, after 15 games we lead the pack (8th place was just 3 points behind ) but slowly dropped away, lowest place was 11th. Managed to reach the playoffs on the final matchday. Got beaten in the semi's by Northampton (3-2, 0-3) who won the final.
League: 5th. W24 D10 L12 F83 A53 82pts
FA Cup: 3th round, Bristol City (CH) 3-0 Harrogate
FA Trophy: 3th Round, Lancaster (Con) 2-1 Harrogate
Next season I want promotion and get past the 3th FA Cup round |
