This is something I was pondering earlier.
After 10 years in my current save, my manager has developed a fairly well-defined set of attributes. Since LLM by nature involves playing the game by a set of guidelines, I wondered whether there might be among LLaMas here a trend for manager attributes.
Mine are as follows: Club/Player Loyalty - 5
Domestic Player Bias - 1
Financial Control - 5
Hands On Approach - 20
Squad Discipline - 20
Tactical Consistency - 18
These are mostly fair, except Financial Control which is a bit harsh considering how tough Italian lower-league finances are.
Like I say, this is mainly to see whether there are any trends among LLaMas, so I'd like to take this opportunity to invite anyone who doesn't play the LLM way to not post here. Also, don't bother if your attributes haven't changed much yet (3-4 seasons, I think).

Domestic Player Bias - 20
Financial Control - 12
Hands On Approach - 5
Squad Discipline - 20

Similar Discipline and Tactical Consistency ratings but Domestic Player Bias and Hands on Approach are very polarised. Would be interesting to see if there is a patern, or what the average would be amongst the lot of us.

Financial Control - 17 (shot up from 11 in the last 2 seasons, as te Allsvenskan appaearance made my players more expensive/desirable)

I guess Domestic Player Bias must have a connection with scouting range. I was able to scout outside Sweden only in the last 2 seasons; before that, almost all my foreign players had a Swedish second nationality too.

I can't scout outside of UK/Ireland, I keep breaching the salary cap for a couple of months each season before the deadwood leave at the end of the season, I let the deadwood leave rather than paying them out.

I'm still at the club I started and I make 3-5 signings per season, I can't scout outside England, so Domestic player bias is bound to be high. Haven't had too much financial troubles, but I'm not rich either. No idea how to get 20 hands on and discipline and I use 2 tactics which I tweak a little according to which club I'm playing.
