The club player loyalty doesn't surprise me, I'm on my 5th club side and have done a lot of rebuilding at each.

Domestic player bias I think is still high from the years when foreigners were out of the question

Financial Control is lower than it should be; Newcastle were in the **** when I joined and it's taken 2 and a 1/2 seasons to turn it around, every other club has done well financially when I've managed them

Ah, I'm loyal to club but to players. My squad is only now starting to see foreigners and even then they tend to have English as a secong nationality. I do everything myself but arrange friendlies and manage reserve and youth teams. We've got pots of cash in the biscuit tin. I don't have many whiners in the squad and I've been using the same set of tactics for years (there is about 8 tactics but there all variations on a theme.)

Only had two clubs in all this time, so loyalty seems a bit low.

Domestic player is a bit iffy too, it depends on whats classed as domestic I guess. The majority of players I've signed in Scotland have come from the Scottish leagues (haven't been able to scout elsewhere until this season), but for some reason have been predominately English. (Weirdly enough, the one player I've signed from the English leagues was Scottish..)

Financial control is fine in my book, I'm in the black, and at both clubs I've always run the wages below budget.

Hands on approach - well I set my own training regimes but that's it, ass man takes care of friendlies, I even let my youth coach/youth manager take care of youth contracts, so really don't understand why it's quite that high.

Squad discipline. Yes that's about right. I even have a cane and a naughty step at the training ground.

Tactical consistency. I think you'll find my tactics are perfect, it's just that the rest of the footballing world hasn't realised it yet. As they're perfect why the hell should I change them. Ever.
