Currently in my 7th season, my attributes are as follows:

Club/Player Loyalty - 10
Domestic Player Bias - 17
Financial Control - 12
Hands On Approach - 19
Squad Discipline - 19
Tactical Consistency - 17

Club/Player Loyalty. I've never changed clubs but have been bringing in fresh batches of players each season (except the current one).

Bias. Quite right. I like giving national talent a chance.

Financial control. We're in the red, but that's mostly because of the tiny stadium.

Hands on approach. I decide, the staff just listens and takes care of it.

Discipline. Quite harsh, but I'd still say I'm fair as well...

Consistency. Well, I usually stick to one tactic with some small variations.

I can't afford a foreign player.

I blame the board for the money problems.

My ass man is my hands, he's a ****** but he's all I've got.

Fine 'em, fine 'em, sell 'em = effective discipline.

I never change tactics, if the players are too inept to translate my masterpiece into a beautiful game, I change them.

I've always made my own training schedules except for the version(s) where it got stupidly complicated and you had to assign activities to different sessions.

The big difference is they are my schedules and not something read off some help forum. So you neil can stay in there.
