9 seasons in, the loyalty bit's strange, maybe it's because I accepted another job last season, domestic player bias dropped when I joined the new club, but it's a bit misleading as there were already a crapload of furriners there.

I've changed club once in 6 years, althought the squad does change about 6 players a season.

Every one of my players is English bar one who is Welsh.

I at my current club in the red and I'm now +£5 million in League 1. My previous club was left in the black also, so I reckon financial control should be higher.

I leave training to coaches, scouting to scouts and control match tactics myself, sign the players I agree with the scouts on.

I fine players at every given opportunity and am fair with transfer requests, striking a balance between the clubs needs and maintaining squad harmony.

I rotate betwen two tactics, playing one for about 35 games of the season.

I think bar loyalty, its pretty accurate.

Loyalty is low since I'm in my 15th (something around that) season and at my 10th club.
Player bias is hard to change for me, I've been to two clubs who let me scout outside the nation they are based in.
I really don't care about finances.
Hands on approach? What does that mean, something like training? Dpn't care about that.
Disclipline, hell yeah. I'm hard on the players. Play bad? Warning or 1 week fine. Get a straight red? 2 Week fine. Maybe harsh, don't care.
Tactical 20, welll.. I have this one tactic, which sucks and I keep using it even when I know we do crap with it. Since morale is very overrated in FM07 'm praying for a morale boosting win and build on that morale. Too bad my prayers never get heard.

I always choose the team myself, and never get the ass man to do it for me, yet my 'Hands on Approach' is pretty low, so I guess there's more to it than that.

Domestic bias is a bit odd. I've signed lots of foreigners over several years - the XI selected for my last game contained a Norwegian, a Frenchman, 2 Danes, an Italian, and a Bosnian.

2018. 11 completed seasons at 1 club.

Club/player loyalty. I've never moved clubs and generally try to stick with players when I have signed them.

Domestic player bias. Well I can still only scout the UK despite reasonable succes in Europe, so haven't had much opportunity to sign foreigners. Have recently signed my first non UK player who played against me for Debrecen (Hungary) 4 times in the last 2 years.

Financial control. Well I've got over £3,000,000 in the bank. Not bad for a pokey little club from N'orn Iron.

Hands on approach. I can't for the life of me work out how this is calculated. I control the U18's in the U18's Cup, I control the Reserves in the Antrim Trophy and the Intermediate Cup, I arrange frendlies, I set training schedules, I renew contracts... .

Squad discipline. Oh yeah :thup:. It's my way or the high way, (but they do get 2 chances first). 1st time they step out of line = warning. 2nd time they step out of line = fine 1 weeks wages. 3rd time they step out of line = fine 2 weeks wages, put on transfer list and offer out to clubs.

Tactical consistency. Not sure how this works. I have 6 tactics for use during the season.
