Started well with a 10 game unbeaten run, then it all went to pot. Managed to finish 4th thanks to 3 defeats in our last 14 games. Board not pleased.
Cups sucked arse.

Sold off 4 of our starting line up from last year so personal expectations were low, despite the board wanting the title. Started slowly with too many draws and low scoring games. Found ourselves 2nd for large parts of the season before dropping to 3rd with one game left. We managed to beat the team who leapfrogged us 3-1 away from home to find ourselves in the promotion playoff with Waterford.

NB: Waterford missed 2 penalties and had a 88th minute equaliser chalked off for offside
Board informed me that promotion saved my job :thup:
Board never backed me, the final straw was 5 defeats in a row in all competitions. These included 6-1 at Cork, 5-0 at Shelbourne (Cup) and 1-0 to the bottom team Longford.

Out of work for approx. 3 weeks before being offered a job in Spain. Will update at the end of Season 4.
Having accepted the job at Real Oviedo i was hopefull of a successful season. However after looking closer it seemed i'd accepted the job at newly promoted Real Oviedo ACf, the (imensely) poorer team from Oviedo.
The team had 5 players when i joined and 1 coach. Didnt have a full 11 of non grey players till October.
Never stood a chance, and was sacked with 1 game remaining.
