I know this may annoy the moderators but there is a version of the search screen in real life as I read in an interview with Sam Allardyce that when he was Bolton they used to pay a fee each year and would recieve a database where they could enter criteria and if any players matched criteria then they would send their scouts to double check, much like searching for a player then sending your scouts to get something more extensive.

When the option to pay for a database is built into the game to reflect real life then perhaps. Until then, no.
