nicholl2102 Join Date: Jan 1970 Posts: 0 Rep Power: 0	International Management I am managing Northern Ireland and despite winning 3 out of my first 4 games, the IFA are "disappointed with my preparation", what constitutes as preparation or what am I doing wrong?
