How do you know when you have unlocked the unlockables and how do you use them?

you probably won't unlock anything until the third season.

Unlockabales

Sugar Daddy - You need to get a large amount of manager points. I got Sugar daddy after getting over 7,000 points with Manchester United. Though some people say they got it after only 600 with Australian Teams. This when unlocked will be under Preferences.

International Management
Win a major World Competition like the World Cup with an International team. Then, start a new game and after selecting your league, you can choose 1 club teram and one intenational team.

Open Transfer Window
You must make a large profit in player sales and then i will be under preferences.

Place On The Board
Stay at a club for about 10 seasons and win a fair amount of cups and leagues for that team. Eg.Chelsea get loads and a Conference team get a couple. This will be shon in the preferences.
