chelsea 2010/11 season no league titles come close 3 times in last seasons3 cups (community shield x2 and fa cup i have one 57.2 %(154) of 269 lost 17.5% (47) 1251 manager points.
please help me turn it around

he is awful i don't play him his contract was to expire i didn't want him soo when i saw i was going to 95k i jumped at it but this is deffinately the worst i have done on fmh
