will fm2007 be released on DS in the future? It would be super with the toutchscreen to play the game on DS...

It's highly unlikely. I would try using the search fitlers as well as its sure as hell been asked before.

There are no plans to port FMH to the DS at present I'm afraid.

I read on some of the news sites that a Nintendo Wii version is not possible due to memory issues? How can that be when it's possible to a PSP version? Also considering the prices of SD cards, one could be included with the game to hold relevant data?

They mean memory as in RAM not memory as in hard drives. In theory the amount of space on SD cards/memory sticks is pretty much infinite for both machines but the RAM on both machines is restricted bu the PSP has more.
