just in my second season, i need a good tactic for the italian league, and decent defenders, any help?

I think it's quite a poor team that tbh. Where's Mexes? Distan and Kuffour are not even half as good as him. The midfield looks good and creative but upfront is also not quite world class. Oh and Doni has to go, I think he's crap.
