Playing with a pretty poor economy I tend to try and loan a few players each season to fill the gaps in my squad. Previously I have used the assitants filter option to see what might be available to me but now it seems it is a bad idea. It seems he is only judging a players interest in a permanent deal and not for a loan. He is filtering out a lot of players that is more than willing to come on loan but wouldn't dream of joining my team permanently. Would it be possible, sometime in the future, to get a possibility to chose what kind of unrealistic targets he is to sort out, permanent or loans.

Assistant filtering out unrealistic targets. Post #2
I don't know how it works. I just know that at the moment it is a completly useless function when looking for players to loan. For example I was just looking for a right wing to loan so I check what MRs that are listed for loan. With the assistant filter on I had maybe a dozen player of which one was good enough. When I turned it off I got lots of players and decide to try 4 players that he had filtered out, all 4 agreed on loan so it was just to pick the one I wanted.

I'm not asking for 100% accuracy that would be unrealistic and take away some challange. I just would like to be able to have him filter out unrealistic transfer targets and unrealistic loan targets as it is two completly different things. If he can find out who would be interested to move over he should be able to find out who would agree on a loan deal. I know your scouts tell you that some players would be more agreeable to a loan deal. In my opinion having the feature in the game as it is now is more harm than good as I can imagine lots of people using it both when loaning and buying and therefor misses out on a lot of gems.
