Actually I do smell, strangely all humans do.

I so enjoy exchanging pleasantries with our youth of today, and such expansive vocabulary to go with it. Keep it up mate, I have a feeling you won't be here long.

whats wrong with buying a car with no wheels brought a lovely motor with no wheels last week..

it just needs a bit of patching up

Not the car anology again.

Car's are always released with faults, there are regularly recalls or 'visit your dealer' alerts on new cars when they are released. You'll also find that there are dosens of upgrades released for popular car models where they listen to customer feedback then tinker with the car and release it again. By those standards you should be thankfull SI don't release the patched game for £25.

And FM07 didn't come 'without wheels', it's not like there's no new game, load game or continue button. There are flaws of course, the current patch sorts all the show stoppers for the time being till the proper patch and update's released.

Almost every game released for years now requires a patch or two. Games are a lot more complicated these days and as much as testers help there's no way they can find every fault until there are thousands of people playing it in different ways, they often can even miss big ones because they just didn't pop up in testing.
