is there a patch available that will make all the club badges into the real ones?

No patch for that but you can get graphics packs for this. Try the graphics and skinning forum and you'll probably find what you're looking for.

thanks for the reply. Will i have to start a new game to put the in the kits? or can i use my existing save?
