..or at least gives a little more flexibility on placing initial positions. It's frustrating trying to design your tactic and wanting to position your players vertically but unable to.

For instance, my current tactic I use two MCs but find they are too close together and want to push them each to their respective wings more but I can't, they either have to stay near the middle of the pitch or sarrowed right to ML/MR positions. Yet, if I decide to employ 3 MCs, the MCR/MCL positions are where I really want my two MCs to be but can't because the tactic engine won't allow it.

Could some more flexibility be added in terms of player positions please?

Thing is its poorly implemented:

1) We should be able to specify both attacking and defensive width.

2) We should be able to assign different width settings for different areas- eg Wide Midfield, Narrow defence.

3) Any changes in width should be displayed on the pitch/player layout so we can easily see the effects.

Also I miss wibble/wobble too- iirc it was removed as a means of countering tactics, shame it also removed arguably the most realistic tactical aid CM/FM ever had.

Width affects every position though which is not want I want to do and the sliders offer no means of doing this either without causing flow-on effects to how the player plays.
