I have been looking at my manager stats recently and cant firgure out what i need to do to improve on one of them.

Its the stat called 'Hands on Approach' it is constantly on 0. Can anyone shed some light on this and how i can improve on it?

It basically means you do everything including managing the reserve and U18 teams. Anything you can do yourself do, don't leave it to your staff.

Having high manager attributes in all areas isn't necessarily a good thing though....
