reputation question

In the game, obviously each team has reputation points or something like that (can edit in the editor). Does a teams reputation change depending on how they perform. For example, I want to take Everton in a new game and I tried to sign Adu - however he wouldn't join a club like this one. IF i were to win the CL twice, will my reputation skyrocket and make it more appealing to attract some great players.

1) you can change it in the editor.

I know it can be changed in the editor however I want to earn it.

To answer your question, yes your reputation does increase as you perform well. Appearing in the champions league, winning cups and leagues and that kind of thing will all increase your reputation and make more players interested in signing for you.

How about just winning matches?

I'm playing a LLM game and I'm a long way from winning titles or any cups. Doing well in Blue Square premier though so would this increase my reputation?

As I read in another forum it might also depend on the reputation of the leauge. For Everton it won't matter.
