just wondering wat can i do to have players from other clubs or countries list me as favoured personnel?

could be useful in luring the right type of players if anyone has figured out how you can acheive this.

I don't think you can make players from other teams list you as a favorite since they only list favorite from people who they've worked with. They have to work together before either in club or national squad.

However, you can build up your rep and people want to work with you. Recently, I just signed a free player and when he arrives, it said the main reason was he wants to work with the manager

yes you can. in one of my long running games i had been manager of chelsea for about 10 years and never managed anyone else. i was looking at Torres and i was one of his favoured personel (just to make sure there hadnt been another regen with my name[edwin sharratt] i clicked on it and it was me]) and i have never interacted with him either. so in short yes you can but i dont know how....

Put a picture of George Clooney as your manager portrait. You're bound to get a few camp young players like Chris Eagles favouring you.

i knew it was possible just now need to find out a way of making it happen rather then waiting.

The best way is to make comments about them in the press. Click their profile and use player interaction and tell him how impressed you are with him. Don't overdo it though and until your rep has grown to a decent level the best players will disregard your comments. But it works on certain players

Whenever you "comment" in a positive way about a player of manager, over you can be added as a favorite.

Always important in luring quality players who have lot of intrest. :thup:

I found another way. If you are a manager for a national team and call up a player for their first cap, they occasionally will talk to the media how happy they are and put you on their favored personnel.

This happened with me when I was England manager. I called up Leighton Baines for his first cap (I'm not his club manager though) and, after the match, I was in his favored personnel.
