Attributes, tactics, hidden stats, morale, weather, home or away, and a bunch of other factors.

I think its based on moral, form, tactics, team talks etc.

team talk sets 80% of the game.. save. and try same game with each team talk..

one will go equal.. another they will beat you by far. next they will beat you a little. next you beat them all to zero.. another you will be infront a bit..and such..

its kinda reason i cba to play game anymore.. as i cba to load for each game figuring which talk i should take.. or leave it empty..

surely your having a laugh with the 80 per cent crap influencing the extent of match results, sure, i could go along with say, 25%

but 80%, why even bother signing any new players with better attributes if such a stupidly large mathematical influence on the result is simply selecting what amounts to a multi choice question?

Team talks don't effect the game that much, there are loads of other variables.

Team talks have been toned down drastically from last year. They still have an effect but 80% is just ridiculous
