Default problem with changing config files. please help
im trying to add a picture to the db and have followed all the advice on here. however when i try to re-save the config with the changes i have made it says
"cannot create the...config.xml file.
make sure that the path and filename are correct"
what does this mean and what can i do to correct it?

Is the config Read Only?
Right-click on it and select 'Properties' from the menu that pops up. If Read Only is checked, click in the box to clear it then click in the Archive box then click OK.
