Done that, installed all the prem and championship packs, aswell as the managers into where the readme said, have quit and re run the game, and re-loaded skin, but the pictures are still not working, anybody else have ideas on what the problem might be?

Hi folks -sorry about the long delay here, I've been totally busy at the moment!! In the meantime I've updated a minor update for you all. It's a four-team update and includes the following:

Airdrie - this was missing from the Scottish Division One megapack, but is now included.
Chelsea - now updated with higher quality pics and youth/reserve profiles. Having looked around I believe this contains the most pictures with 83 profiles in all.
Crawley - Now they've updated their website we've gone from 15 pictures to 25.
West Ham - I managed to find some profile style pictures for some first teamers to replace the action style.

Slowly. So far I've got Basingstoke, Bedford and Bishop's Storford done. I'm working on it though! In fact, I'll do some more now I think.
