i just deleted the flexion skin by error
can someone tell me where i can download it

If you just re-install the game (without un-installing it) it will replace anything that you've deleted.
Make sure you have backed up anything you wish to keep first though.

but if i did that it would over write all that i have in my game such has my new kits,team bage.backgrounds,players photos,team logs,player icons,sound,news,popups,and millions more files that i have added ..thats why i didnt wanna do that

That's why I said to make a back up (or remove) everything you want to keep before re-installing FM. Once its done, just drop your folder back into the game.
I re-installed once but just put everything I wanted to keep into a folder on my desktop first, worked a treat.

there is a skin superpack which includes the flexion skin in there, just download that.
