Please do not forget to change the language to english! You can find the flags on the top of right! (because the major language is hungarian and you must change it to read in english!)

The relevance is that the peolpe can download graphics fast, and I looking for authors who may signal to me about graphics packs they made. But if this place is not correct to post, feel free to delete it! Thanks!

How do you install these I a noob to modding and mods in this game is there a tutorial anywhere

Unpack the archived files (if they are logos) to:
XProgram Files\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2007\data\graphics\pictures\logos\
(Uncheck the cache in the game)

I don't know any tutorial about extensions. Maybe in the game(?) or try search in this forum about.
