unzip them and put them into your program files/sports interactive/fm2007/data/graphics/pictures/players and then your country and league.make your own folders if you dont have them
Finally when you restart,click preferences,then souind and graphics make sure untick the skin cache option, and then tick the always reload on confirm, then click confirm.
