Because of license issue or whatever, I see only few players with picture on their profile.

I want to add a picture of player or manager on their empty profile. But I don't know how....

Can anyone teach me "STEP-BY-STEP" how to do???

PS: Also I read some of the comments here saying to put picture files under Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2008\graphics\pitch\icons

But I do not have folder called "graphics" under "Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2008"

I only have 7 folders under "Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2008" which are
"db" "filters" "games" "matches" "skins" "sounds" "tactics" BUT "graphics"....

You create a new folder and call it graphics, then place the facepacks in there.
Then in your game click on options/prefences then on display and sound, untick use skin cache and tick always reload on confirm.

Then your images should be on the game.

Place this in doucments/SI/Fm 08/Graphics(you create the folder graphics) As i said above in game tick always reload on comfirm/untick use skin cache, Then click confirm then they will load on to your game.
