I've been trying to improve the reputation and importance of the Irish League.I set the reputation of the league to 17 and yet when I start a game with this league my players still have low values.How can you change this?

Players values are connected to the players personal repuatation, the league they are in only has a small, almost no effect to there value.

If you want there value to be higher then you need to also increase the players rep. If you do this you also has to think of increasing the league rep, and more importantly the team rep. If you have a high rep'd player playing for a low rep team in a low rep league then he will get upset and want to move.

I main factor in increasing players value is there rep.
