Is it possible that i can remove the need for work permits on my game altogether. I am fed up of forever struggling to sign players after appealing for a work permit, then finding out about a week later that that same player has signed for another club in my division. It is truly annoying. If anybody does know how to do this, if it can be done, then can you please let me know.

Its hard coded in the game unforuntly. Obviously there are some countries such as belgium who allow pretty much anyone to join...

The only thing you could do is to use the offical editor and change the number of years it takes a player to gain nationality in a country...

Or just let every county in the world join the EU...
