I'm going to answer this question broadly as it might help other people as well, by the way never had a problem scoring its defending thats the hard part

.
There is several things to consider when setting up the strikers, one being what formation your going to play and what kid of strikers do you have. If your team has great wingers and your style of play is based on wing play then I would suggest you remove forward runs as you want your strikers to stay centrally and hopefully they will meet the crosses into the box.
If your style is mixed and there isn't a link player between midfield and the striker, you would turn one striker into a creative forward as such and the other one a finisher, this is accomplished by giving the creative forward no forward runs, no crossing the ball and hold up the ball and a normal mentality. This should see the striker in question move a little deeper to collect the ball, while the other striker with attacking mentality and run with ball often is converting the chances. I dont know how useful this example might be but I had Drogba as the creative forward as he was strong enough to hold the ball up while Shevchenko found space to score. In 26 games in the demo they both score 18 goals each.
hope this helps
