can someone tell me how i can look at the stars of my coaches and how many they have got, so then i know which coaches i can go for and which ones i should get rid of.

My GK coach has a rating of 17, but 6*s in GK coaching. I presume the * system has been revamped this season, anyone point out what they are?

how do you look at the stars of all your coaches my GK coach is 20 but how do you see his stars

In that FAQ you can find what attributes your coaches needs to get 7 stars.

Training -> Coaches
Assign him to Goalkeeping and you'll see how many stars he gets.

Yes you have to assign all coaches to a specific training "thingy" to see their stats. if you do nothing they will train your players in all areas and have very low impact on training.
