Playing with Eintracht Frankfurt got my team playing some lovely flowing football, but my strikers won't shoot. I'm often shouting at my monitor urging my strikers to shoot when they are clear on goal, but all that happens is that a defender catches them up and tackles them or gives away a free-kick. The only time I seem to score is when I'm in the oppositions six-yard box! I have tried changing my tactics but to no avail (tried changing midfielders to throughballs, and even tried putting my strikers on Long Shots, but nothing).

Is it that my strikers aren't good enough maybe? I have scoured the transfer market but I've only got £600k to spend, which tbh isn't going to get me far in the Bundesliga. So will I have to put up with my shot shy strikers or should I bring in some youngsters to shake things up?

Any advice would be greatly recieved.

Think there's a problem with the match engine. I have the same issue and often have 15+ shots on goal. On a run of dominating games but either losing 1-0 or drawing 1-1. If my strikers could shoot then i'd be top of the league.
