Default My 4-2-3-1 Tactic
I have created my own tactic, my team playing really successful with it. Scoring many goals and dont conceding much. My Striker scored over 40 goals in 20 matches. I m playing in the lowest english league at the moment, not sure if it works with top teams too.

Its a 4-2-3-1 System

4 Defenders
2 Midfielder Central
2 Winger
1 Attacking Midfielder Central as Playmaker
1 Striker (Targetman)

Want to know if other have success with it too, specially with top teams.

Its always the tactic i have most problems countering when the AI uses it.

Sunny, He has given enough information, The tactic is very good, and other people can post any tweaks.

I tested the tactic only with Lower League teams Blyth and Basingstoke. Can't tell you any player names, because i always play with generated players. Only tip i can give is to search for Strikers in Holland and South America for EU players.
