Hello all, After having lots of success with Wolves and West Ham, I thought I’d post my tactic here, It is based on a 4-1-4-1 and concentrates passing through the middle and onto the wing, Idealy you need a fast striker and i invested in Alan Smith when i went into the premiership, I didnt buy anyone in the championship with wolves.
Firstly i would like to say you are free to edit this as much as you want but if you post it as your own, please give me credit for the base, In the first season i came 1st with wolves by 18 point, Winning most of my games by 2-3 goals, With West ham i finished 5th, 2 points out of 4th, my defence was AWFUL.
Goalkeeper:
Really, you need a decent one,Nothing special.
Left Back:
You need a pacey left back to hold of attacks on the wing, the only vunerability of the tactic is on the wing.
Right Back:
Same as the Left back really, a pacey or a strong one, either will do and if possible, Both, just to hold of attacks on the wing, the pace comes into account when you are counter attacking.
Center Back's:
Strong, they will hold of attacks helped by the DMC, Make sure you have Experience around this area because it is very defensive, and stay back pretty much at all times, Breno has done well.
Defensive Mid:
He will protect your Back 4 and still attack, The Barrow slots right between the DC'S And will come into accounts on corners.
Left Attacking Mid/Right Attacking Mid:
Pacey and must be able to dribble, he Should push up whenever possible and help the lone striker in attacks.
Attacking Mid Center/Attacking Mid Center:
I especially avoided making it into a diamond formation for the reason that they can cut inbetween, with thsi they will boost your attack by FAR and help play the striker, the stronger and more creative one of these must be the PLAYMAKER.
Striker:
Strong and pacey, Alan smith did the buisness for me! gets up on corners!
Tips And Tweaks:
If your losing, Check out there Center Backs, if there short or slow, Put target man Supply to head and run onto ball collectivly.

Bad things so far:
Scoring 2-3 per match but conceeding aswell, V2 Will boost the scoring and minamise the chances of letting goals in.

Anyone downloaded it yet? Id be greatful to see your Results, If you buy players along with using the tactic and having bad results, It may not be the tactic it may be your Players not geling.
Another tweak is that delete the CB's And the Full Backs Sarrows , It may help you Counter attack!
Tried it an the defense is very very bad. Because you've got your DCs side arrowed it often leaves a big gap through the heart of your defense, even with the DMC. I'd either:
(1) Remove all arrows from the back four or;
(2) Remove the side arrows from the DCs and forward arrow the full backs to be more attacking or;
(3) Play move the DMC to DC (i.e. play 5 at the back) and then move one of your AMCs to DMC (i.e. just play with a single AMC).
Also, It was tested only in england, So i have created a tactic that works in Holland, Spain AND england, because Holland & spain use different systems compared to english! Ill host this later on.
