Im playing a 4-4-2 formation home + away.
When im home I play attacking with a flat four accross the back, both full-backs have default settings while both centre-backs are very defensive.
In midfield I have a defensive & attacking centre mid partnership with both wingers attacking.
Strikers are one target man + other striker.
Away, I play same formation apart from defensive midfielder with arrow pointing down as cover for back four, also play my defence deep and try hit them on the counter.
Im with Wrexham on FM2008 I winn all home games and lose all my away games......Any suggestions ?
Away i would try a 4-1-4-1 with you wingers arrows going as far as they can! but dont put your instructions to defensive id go quite attacking short passing and pass the ball out wide. Im bolton and play these tactics every game and ive only lost 4 this season and only let in a hand full of goals. 2nd in prem in my first season!!
