I take it they are the same thing, as you can untick it on player instructions to set it to team? So basically if you have player instructions, with each player on their own mentality - team mentality becomes completely irrelevant? For example, say I'm 1-0 up in the 80th minute I always used too take team mentality down to ultra defensive and wonder why it wasn't helping - I guess this is because all my players still have their defensive/mentalitys?
So should I just untick every players individual mentality so it's on team?
