Default Need some help choosing a team in Eastern Europe

I run to manage a team in Eastern Europe but can't decide who to manage - It's a toss-up between the Ukrainian/Russian leagues. I'd like to build a 'superclub' and use players only from this region.

I've played at CSKA before (FM 2007) and really enjoyed it, however, there are a few big problems with managing them. The club has so many rivals it makes signing their players a costly exercise. This is further compounded by the lack of a decent talent pool in Russia and by the fact that you are restricted to having 5 players from outside of Russia in the match day squad.

The other alternative is Shaktar or D. Kiev but I'm worried that attracting players would be more difficult. Also, Kiev have a tiny stadium and Shaktar have lots of money, which can make the game a bit boring.

In a nutshell:

* I want to be able to attract good young prospects

* Have a reasonable transfer kitty

* Not have too many restrictions on foreign players

Which club would you choose from Eastern Europe?

Alternatively, I could choose Ajax and load up the background leagues. But I think that with a club like Ajax, I'd be better off chasing talent from Scandanavia, Belgium, Portugal, Brazil e.t.c

PLEASE NO SPOILERS. I HAVEN'T PLAYED THE GAME YET. ONLY RECOMMEND CLUBS. THANKS

CSKA Moscow or Spartak Moscow in the Russian Premer League. The foreign player restrictions are not that bad, can have 8 in your starting XI and seven subs but other then that no restrictions.

I suggest Dinamo Kyiv. They have the highest potential in Eastern Europe. Or perhaps Kroatia Zagreb. If they haven't lost all their players to Arsenal during the summer, I believe there should be a decent number of potential stars there...

OK, I going to start my game for the first time.

I think I'll go for Zenit or Kiev.
